Enlargement by injections gives equivariant map
Copies over all injections give a -equivariant map on
builds the ambient space and equivariant map
Statement (paper)
Let , , let be the set of all binary linear injections , and let with . Then the map , , is onto, and for the map descends to a map , with identified with , such that for all and .
In plain English
For , take one copy of for each binary linear injection , and let sum the images . Then is onto, and on the quotient (with ) the map descends to satisfying .
Why it's here
This builds the ambient space and the equivariant map required by the parent lemma, by combining copies of the base gadget over all embeddings of into . Surjectivity of is what lets be identified with , and passing to the quotient is what turns the translation action of on into the translation action of on . The later claims use this to transfer the small-change bound and the detection property to the enlarged space.
Classified routine:
A direct linear-algebra verification: surjectivity holds because injections of B into K span K, and the descent of the map to the quotient follows from the equivariance of the base gadget map. It is bookkeeping inside the paper's latent-gadget construction.
